At Evae, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during sale or discount offers
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@evae.com with your order details
- Share clear images of the product
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- If approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of defective/wrong product, we will cover return shipping
7. Order Cancellation

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
